Kragen Orleman has been with Richard Kim Medicine since its inception and serves as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Manager. He earned his Associate of Applied Science degree from SUNY Adirondack and is a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN). Kragen brings valuable hospital experience in both oncology and pediatrics, providing him with a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

In his dual clinical and leadership role, Kragen is committed to supporting efficient practice operations while ensuring patients receive attentive, high-quality medical care. His clinical expertise, organizational skills, and dedication to patient well-being contribute to a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Outside of the practice, Kragen enjoys staying active through sports, especially golf, skiing, and weightlifting.

Dawn Pelts

Medical Receptionist

Dawn Pelts is a dedicated Medical Receptionist at Richard Kim Medicine with four years of experience serving patients in both clinical and administrative roles. Her background as a Medical Assistant and Receptionist provides her with a well-rounded understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, and front-office operations.

Dawn is known for her warm, welcoming presence and her commitment to ensuring every patient has a positive and seamless experience. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and patient-centered approach make her an important part of the Richard Kim Medicine team.

Outside of the office, Dawn enjoys staying active through physical fitness, spending quality time with her family, and relaxing at the beach.

Jessica Roberts

Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

Jessica Roberts is a dedicated Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist who has been a valued member of Richard Kim Medicine for over four years. She plays an essential role in patient care, assisting with clinical procedures and ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Jessica is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a positive patient experience. Her clinical skills, combined with her warm and friendly demeanor, help create a welcoming environment for patients and contribute to the high standard of care at Richard Kim Medicine.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, expressing her creativity, and proudly cheering on her favorite team as a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan.

Nate Voellm

Design & Marketing Specialist

Nate Voellm brings over 15 years of experience in design and marketing to Richard Kim Medicine. He studied art in Brooklyn, New York, and began his professional career in Berkeley, California, where he developed a strong foundation in creative communication and visual storytelling. Over the years, Nate has worked in communications for schools, universities, and publishing organizations across California, Tennessee, and upstate New York, helping organizations connect meaningfully with their audiences.

Nate joined Richard Kim Medicine in 2025, inspired by the practice’s mission and the life-changing impact it has on patients. In his role, he focuses on connecting with the community and sharing the many stories that highlight how the practice is transforming lives. His passion for thoughtful design and authentic communication helps ensure patients and the community remain informed and engaged.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys traveling with his family and printing on his letterpress.

Shanon Barno, MBA

Digital Marketing Specialist

Shannon Barno is a Digital Marketing Specialist at Richard Kim Medicine, where she assists the practice’s digital marketing initiatives, patient engagement strategies, and online presence. She brings advanced expertise in marketing automation, website management, and data-driven campaign development to support practice growth and enhance patient communication.

Shannon earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. John Fisher University. At Richard Kim Medicine, Shannon focuses on improving the patient experience through strategic digital outreach, website optimization, and innovative marketing solutions that help connect patients with the services they need.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys staying current with emerging digital trends and contributing creative solutions that help organizations grow and thrive.

Brynn Duquette

Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

Brynn Duquette is a dedicated Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist at Richard Kim Medicine, bringing a strong clinical background and compassionate patient-focused approach to her role. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Vermont Technical College, where she developed extensive hands-on experience in venipuncture, laboratory procedures, surgical preparation, and patient care.

Brynn’s clinical experience has provided her with advanced skills in specimen collection, sterile technique, and assisting with medical procedures, while maintaining a calm and supportive environment for patients. Her strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to quality care help ensure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.

Brynn is passionate about healthcare and takes pride in contributing to a positive patient experience while supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality medical care.

In her free time, Brynn enjoys spending time with her dog, Franklin. She is also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys spending summer days riding with her friends.

Jessica Naclerio, ATC

Certified Athletic Trainer/Medical Assistant

Jessica Naclerio is a Certified Athletic Trainer/Medical Assistant at Richard Kim Medicine with over two years of medical assisting experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Marist College and has developed a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal care, injury support, and patient treatment assistance.

Jessica works closely with providers to support procedures and patient care, helping ensure patients receive attentive, high-quality treatment. Her experience includes working with athletes, including the Arizona Diamondbacks organization, where she gained valuable insight into injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance recovery.

She is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys fitness, attending concerts, traveling, and is a dedicated New York Yankees fan.

Connie Cummings

Office Manager

Connie Cummings is an experienced healthcare administrator with over 36 years of medical practice and management experience. Her career spans multiple specialties including internal medicine, oncology, neurology, dermatology, and regenerative medicine, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and operational excellence.

For the past six years, Connie has served as a key member of Richard Kim Medicine, where she plays an essential role in overseeing practice operations, supporting staff, and ensuring patients receive the highest level of care and service. Her leadership, organizational expertise, and commitment to efficiency help maintain the practice’s reputation for excellence.

Connie holds an Associate of Science degree in Business, which complements her extensive hands-on experience in healthcare administration. She is passionate about creating a positive environment for patients and fostering a collaborative, supportive atmosphere for the clinical team.

Connie takes great pride in being part of a practice that focuses on innovative and patient-centered care. Her dedication, professionalism, and decades of experience make her a vital part of the Richard Kim Medicine team.

Bret Young, RT(R)(MR), LRT, ARRT

Magnetic Resonance Technologist

Bret Young brings more than 30 years of experience in radiology, with advanced expertise in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). As a registered and licensed MRI technologist, he is certified in venipuncture, contrast safety, and adverse event management, ensuring patients receive safe, accurate, and high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Bret is known for his calm, compassionate bedside manner, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their imaging experience. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence support optimal image quality and accurate diagnosis, contributing to the highest standard of patient care.

Outside of the practice, Bret enjoys cycling, staying active outdoors, and spending time with his family and dogs.
